About Sleep Club

Sleep Club publishes practical guides to Yoga Nidra, sleep meditation, sound masking, and binaural beats. We also link to the Yoga Nidra, Sleep Sounds, and Binaural Beats apps. Those app recommendations are part of our own product family, rather than independent product reviews.

How to read our guides

Articles appear under the Sleep Club Editorial byline. AI tools assist with research summaries and drafting. The source links on each guide let you examine the research behind its claims; they do not by themselves mean that the article has received clinical review. We do not currently identify a clinical reviewer for these guides.

We distinguish listening preferences from demonstrated sleep benefits. For example, preferring brown noise is different from evidence that it improves sleep, and a continuous pink-noise track is different from precisely timed sounds used in a laboratory experiment.

What the dates mean

“Published” identifies when an article first appeared. “Updated” identifies an editorial change, rather than a routine website rebuild.

Use the experience, then choose

Where a guide includes an audio sample, you can try it on the page before deciding whether to explore an app. A useful guide should help you understand or try something even if you never download anything.

These guides are educational. Persistent sleep problems deserve individual advice from a qualified professional.
