These Terms of Use are a legal agreement between you and RocketShip HQ OU ("we", "us", and "our") for your use of Sleep Meditations, a guided rest app for sleep meditations, bedtime relaxation, body scans, and quiet wind-down routines. By downloading, accessing, or using Sleep Meditations, you agree to these terms.

Wellness content, not medical advice

Sleep Meditations provides wellness content for rest, relaxation, and sleep routines. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. If you have a medical condition, a mental health concern, persistent sleep problems, or an emergency, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use Sleep Meditations. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the app only for lawful purposes.

License to use the app

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use Sleep Meditations for your own wellness and sleep routine. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the app or its content except where the law gives you rights that cannot be limited by these terms.

Subscriptions, trials, and billing

Some features or content may require a paid subscription. Trial length, pricing, available plans, and included features may vary by platform, country, offer, or app version. Subscription purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Unless cancelled before the renewal deadline shown by the store, subscriptions renew automatically and the store will charge your selected payment method.

You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds, billing disputes, and payment-method issues are handled by Apple or Google under their store policies.

Content and intellectual property

The app, audio, text, designs, software, branding, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Your subscription gives you access to use the app; it does not transfer ownership of any content or software to you.

Third-party services

Sleep Meditations may rely on third-party platforms and providers, including Apple, Google, Firebase, RevenueCat, Superwall, AppStack, Meta, hosting providers, and support tools. Their services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or harms others.
  • Attempt to bypass subscriptions, security, access controls, or technical limits.
  • Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the app or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated systems to copy, extract, or republish app content.
  • Submit malicious, false, or misleading information through the app or support channels.

Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, remove, or discontinue features, content, prices, or availability at any time. We try to keep the app reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the app, create risk for us or others, or if we stop offering the app. You may stop using the app at any time. Subscription cancellation must be done through the app store that processed your purchase.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sleep Meditations is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim related to the app will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the updated terms.
